Today's kid-friendly fare
I've got a few leftover slices of Butterball turkey in the fridge and need to feed my girls, so I put together a recipe of:
Turkey Paste
(good for sandwiches, crackers or salad)
4-5 leftover turkey slices (trim any skin or fat)
1 small-medium onion (or 2 radishes)
1/2 grated carrot
Mayo
Yellow mustard
Use a mini food processcor for the turkey slices, onion and grated carrot. Afterwards mix together in a bowl with mayo and mustard to taste.
*Healthy! You added 2 raw veggies to this recipe and your children won't even notice...
